Payment Options
General Payment and Policy Information
Accepted forms of payment include credit or debit, HSA/FSA. I require all cards be kept securely on file in order to secure your appointment. Payment is due at time of your scheduled session
​Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee, including the full insurance reimbursement amount if you are using your insurance (this is not the same as your copay).
Please be aware that I cannot accept private pay for services covered by Medicaid. Colorado state regulations prohibit providers from accepting out-of-pocket payments for Medicaid-covered services, even if you have out-of-state Medicaid authorization.

Insurance Information for Colorado Residents:
I am in-network with Aetna insurance for clients located in Colorado. I am unable to accept insurance for clients who reside outside Colorado. My billing for Aetna clients is seamlessly managed through Headway, a third party billing company that helps me process claims.

Out-of-State Clients:
As a licensed, PSYPACT-credentialed psychologist, I am able to provide telehealth services to clients located in many states across the country. Since I cannot accept insurance for clients who reside outside Colorado, payment will be out of pocket.
Standard Session fees are $255 for the initial 60-minute diagnostic session and $215 for each standard 50-minute session thereafter. Please note payment is due at the time of service. I require your card be kept securely on file to reserve your session time.
Understanding Out-of-Network (OON) Benefits: Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, which means they will reimburse a portion of your session fees to you, even if I'm not directly in their network. I will provide you with a detailed receipt ("superbill") that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please be sure to verify your benefits with your insurance company.
