What if you woke up tomorrow and found yourself happier, healthier, and more connected to the world around you? Life can certainly leave us feeling disconnected and struggling to find happiness on our own. It does not have to be that way.
My name is Dr. Anna Jetton. I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in working with adults who are living with anxiety. I also work with individuals who experience mood management struggles, depression, and grief and loss. If you are here, you might be wondering if there is another, more gratifying way to live your life. Perhaps you want to take steps toward reconnecting with your loved ones and with yourself. Maybe you are seeking more direction to your life’s purpose. I can help.
I am a proponent of the mind-body connection and believe taking care of our physical health is just as important as taking care of our mental health. In fact, they are inseparable. To this end, I typically focus on the whole person and not just the mind. In therapy I utilize a mindfulness-based approach to change, while focusing on personal strengths to promote growth and healing. I am also trained in nutritional psychology and often consider how our relationship to food and the things we eat impact our mood.
I have been in the counseling field for over 12 years, and in that time I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including hospitals, prisons and various community agencies. Each experience not only helped me develop my expertise and skill set, but more importantly, I realized how much I love helping people achieve their desired personal growth. No matter where you are on your path, I am here to walk beside you. I am committed to helping you find a path in life that will resonate with you, your goals, and your values in a safe, supportive space to allow for healing, growth, and transformation. I invite you to reach out and take your next step toward reaching your growth peak.
